The Cove at Briar Bay consists of 2 communities, Cove I and Cove II, which are part of the Briar Bay community group. The community is situated on North Jog Road in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Association is not responsible for Maintenance inside your unit. Every Homeowner is responsible for any internal Maintenance Requirement
If you have plumbing or electrical or any other normal internal maintenance requirement; you need to call the appropriate technician and claim on your Homeowners Insurance.
All Homeowners are required by law to have HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. Coverage MUST include any damage to Association Common Property resulting from an accident originating within a unit (For Example; Fire or Flood)
All Homeowners were informed of the new requirement effective as at 1st January 2009 and asked to submit proof of Homeowners Insurance to Association's Management Company.
