Some of you have requested the by laws of our community. Here is the document as a pdf with images not text. This don’t let us use search functionality of text editors but I also started transcribing it (I am working with the first 50 pages). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I also enabled an upload folder that anybody can use to share any transcription that they do.

Our COA meeting has not.a.open agenda where owners or tenants can suggest points of discussion.The president refused to do it even when a board director request to add different issues and owners concerns.
